At Selina Finance, our mission is to empower homeowners to access the wealth locked up in their homes as easily as using a credit card

We believe our clients should not have to rely on costly unsecured credit, inflexible mortgage products or expensive intermediaries

Selina is introducing HELOCs (Home Equity Lines of Credit) to the UK, allowing customers to dip into their home equity with the flexibility of a credit card and the affordability of a mortgage


As Recruitment Manager, you will:

  • Define and implement Selina’s recruiting process from end to end to support our business leaders in achieving their growth roadmaps
  • Work with our hiring managers to drive the interview, selection, and hiring processes and guide candidates through the process
  • Manage the delivery of relevant hires to the business 
  • Start creating an employer brand that reflects Selina’s spirit and values to attract great talent
  • Help shape Selina’s recruiting strategy together with the founders

You’ll be right in the heart of the action here at Selina enabling our ambitious growth plans

Job requirements


  • Have more than 3 years experience with a track record in both agency and in-house roles, or have built recruiting in a high growth start-up as Talent Associate or Manager, Recruiter or in comparable roles 
  • Are results-driven, analytical and numbers-oriented
  • Enjoy creating things in a fast-pace environment and are up for the challenge to own a major driver of Selina’s success
